Collective Bargaining CUPE Local 2269 Negotiation Consulting 2012
The District of Squamish is soliciting quotes for the provision of consulting services to assist with collective bargaining. Our goal is to complete successful contract negotiations with our union, CUPE Local 2269, in the most efficient and effective way.
Specifically, we require consultation for:
Ongoing research throughout the negotiations regarding current labour trends and relevant negations.
Recommendations on bargaining strategy aligning with management’s proposals and objectives, including specific language recommendations.
Representation of the bargaining committee at the negotiating table, in consultation with the General Manager of Protective Services and the Chief Administrative Officer.
Proponents may wish to quote on some or all of the work.
