This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Penticton (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the supply, cleaning and delivery of mats at various City facilities, as further described in the RFQ.
The City is inviting bids for the supply, cleaning and delivery of mats at various City facilities with the  objective of contracting with the proponent proving the  best value to the City.
It is the City’s intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity.  The term of the agreement is for a period of three years with the option for two additional one year terms.
