North Pine TV Tower Condition Assessment

Request for Proposals RFP 13-2021

The PRRD is seeking Qualified Professionals to conduct a condition assessment of the North Pine TV tower existing infrastructure including the tower, guide wires, fencing, and storage building infrastructure and applicable components.

A copy of the Request for Proposal is available on the BC Bid website www.bcbid.bc.ca Search for Document #13-2021.

PROPOSALS clearly marked “RFP 13-2021 North Pine TV Tower Condition Assessment” will be received by the Peace River Regional District at procurement@prrd.bc.ca until 2:00 p.m. PST on March 26, 2021. Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.

Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFP documents, including any addenda issued during the RFP period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the quote, before the quote is submitted.

Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.

The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
