Invitation to Proponents
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the construction of the Construction Services, as further described in the ITT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
The Construction Services - Lake Access Sites 22 & 25 project generally consists of the construction of active transportation, drainage, and site feature improvements at two sites:
Site 22 – 3000 Lakeshore Road:
- Concrete plaza and bus stop pad
- Intersection Improvements
- Approximately 80m of asphalt pathway
- Approximately 100m of road widening
- 6m x 3m pedestrian bridge installation
- Drainage improvements including a 900mm culvert
Site 25 – 8797 Okanagan Landing Road:
- Lake access site improvements
- Parking, walkway and crosswalk
- Drainage improvements
- Traffic calming signage and road markings
- Landscape improvements
