Invitation:
This Request for Quote (RFQ) by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) is open for bidders to submit quotes for the provision labour, materials, and equipment required for Spring Sweeping services for two (2) years with three (3) extension options of one (1) year each.  Contractors with sweeping equipment are to submit the required information via the City of Vernon Procurement Portal.
 
Anticipated start date of sweeping is mid-March each year starting in 2024.

Bid Submission:
Requested equipment and rate sheet as identified in the RFQ, to be uploaded to the City of Vernon procurement portal (Bonfire).

The City of Vernon reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any quote, and to accept the quote in total or in part, or to accept the quote which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Vernon.
