Uptown Parking Study Update

Request for Proposals

The Town of Qualicum Beach is seeking proposals for an update to the 2007 Downtown Parking Study by Intercad Consulting Engineers. The attached terms of reference outline the Town’s requirements. Proposals should include: 

1. An outline of how and when the proponent would approach the project;
2. Payment terms;
3. Experience and qualifications of the proponent and personnel who will be involved in the project; and
4. References.

No contractual obligations will arise between the Town and any proponent until and unless the Town and a proponent enter into a formal, written contract for the proponent to perform the required assessment work.
