Invitation to Tenderers
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 32nd Ave Reconstruction Phase 2.
 
Work to include:

  1. Reconstruction of approximately 250m of roadway with curb and gutter, sidewalk and 300m of paved bike path.
  1. Construction of approximately 240m of 150mm diameter watermain.
  1. Construction of approximately 320m of 200mm sanitary sewer and 300m of 250mm to 375mm diameter storm sewer.
  1. Supply and installation of streetlights.

The ITT timetable is tentative only, and may be changed by the City at any time.  All times listed are referenced as local time.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to check the Bonfire Portal for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time.  The City of Vernon shall not be held responsible for our competitive tender documents that are located on any other website.

Any questions regarding the project are to be directed through the Messenger feature in the procurement portal. Should questions arise that result in answers that have a material value to the project, they will be issued via an addendum for all proponents to view.
