The Commission is seeking a permanent Records Coordinator to provide hands-on support in the Records and Information Management Branch. Under the direction of the Specialist, FOIPP, this role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the storage, access, use, and disclosure of Commission records, both electronic and paper. The Coordinator responds to requests for records and information received from internal and external stakeholders, by locating and digitizing (scanning) a high volume of paper files and documents in a timely manner. This role provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment while dealing with a variety of confidential and sensitive materials. This position also provides back-up coverage for the Receptionist in the Fort St. John office when required.
