Theatre Technician II

The Kelowna Community Theatre (KCT) delights audiences with over 250 bookings a year ranging from comedy to music, dance, theatrical performances and everything in between. With over 100,000 guests each year, the KCT continually brings life, art and music to the stage for all ages with our state of the art sound, lighting and stage systems.
Bring your knowledge, leadership skills and experience to ensure the professional operation and oversight of all technical operations at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Formal technical training and extensive experience with professional theatre systems, including lighting, sound, and theatre rigging make you an ideal candidate for this position. A Live Performance Electrical Certificate and proficiency with Vectorworks would be an asset. Strong communication, teamwork and customer-service skills are essential in working with the public, performers and their staff.
