How To Write an LTFP for Asset Management
Asset Management BCChristopher Paine is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 15 years of experience, who has prepared several Long-Term Asset Management Financial Plans for the District of Central Saanich, the City of Colwood, the District of Oak Bay, and the Town of View Royal.
The Long Term Financial Plan writing course takes participants through a 7 step model, including core calculation equations and an Excel forecast modeling template to solve the problem of creating a sound long term financial plans to fund infrastructure replacement overt time.
The course is held on the Tuesday preceding the Annual Asset Management Conference, so participants can enroll for both.
Rooms at the Westin Wall Centre Hotel have been added to the room block to accommodate the LTFP course.
Course is limited to maximum 20 participants to ensure personal attention and so participants leave with full comprehension of the model and will be ready to implement it in their own municipalities, lines of work.
