CAO Profile Online Series
Ontario Muncipal Administrators AssociationA conversation of what it takes to be an effective CAO
These interactive sessions will feature one aspiring CAO and one experienced CAO (Guests) in a guided conversation on one of the five leadership capabilities. Participants will be able to tune in and use the chat to determine how the specific competency cluster impacts me and what do I need to improve to be more effective.
