Abstract:
This guide was designed to assist local governments in implementing smart growth strategies through policy and bylaw changes. It describes smart growth practices, and presents case studies, technical standards and bylaws that can be customized to specific community needs. The guide brings together the best practices of municipalities across BC, and is composed of seven components:
