The names and work-related contact information for local government elected and appointed officials, and for the staff of other organizations in the BC local government sector are available on this site. This contact information is in the public domain, and it is not considered personal information.

We use software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of computers that have contacted our web site. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site. In addition, we use software that analyses how our site is used, the materials that are accessed, and the search terms used. This information is never linked to individual users.

Information about individual visitors is not disclosed to anyone except CivicInfo BC personnel who need the information, e.g., to respond to a request.
