Abstract:
The Okanagan Invasive Species Online website consolidates Okanagan invasive species information into one convenient and easy to navigate website that is focused on the needs of the agricultural sector. The website features resources to assist in identifying invasive species, as well as management options and contact information for local experts. The site can be searched by species name, commodity, species category, or plant colour. It also features an Ask an Expert function that allows users to fill out a form and be connected with an expert in their area who can assist with identification and treatment options.

The Okanagan Invasive Species Online website is a collaborative project between the Regional District North Okanagan, Regional District Central Okanagan, Regional District Okanagan Similkameen and the Okanagan and Similkameen Invasive Species Society.
