AMANS 2024 Spring Conference

IMPORTANT: Accommodation Details
Due to the overwhelming demand for the conference, our rooming block has reached capacity. In light of the situation, we highly recommend considering room-sharing options if possible. Additionally, if you are currently booked in a double room, we kindly ask you to explore the possibility of switching to a single room.
Accommodation Details
Reservations
The deadline to book a room is April 23, 2024. For bookings after April 23rd, rates are subject to availability at the resort’s leisure rate.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one-night room plus tax fee. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, and no deposit is required at the time of booking.

Individuals are responsible for making their reservations. You can do so by calling the Resort directly at 866-257-1801.
Parking
Complimentary self and valet parking is provided. Please note that each Townhouse reservation allows for two vehicles in the townhouse lot. Additional vehicles must be parked in the lot in front of the Spa building.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
