The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotations and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Respondents in preparing a Quotation.
Quotations will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Respondent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
