What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Supervisor, Technical Services, the Senior Network Analyst you are responsible for day-to-day monitoring and operations of all corporate networks, wired and wireless data, voice and cloud networks. You will plan, design, build, manage and support all aspects of a complex and diverse network infrastructure, including routers, switches, telecom services, wireless WAN, mobility and voice systems, cloud networking. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation of security infrastructure such as firewalls and intrusion detection infrastructure under the direction and in consultation with the Supervisor, Technical Services.

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Demonstrated experience in how to efficiently build, maintain and support complex server and network environments
  • Demonstrated experience and progressive responsibility in architecting/developing solutions and designing complex corporate computer networks for on premises, cloud, and hybrid networking environments 
  • Demonstrated experience and progressive responsibility in building, supporting, and maintaining complex network environments
  • Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP and BGP.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Cisco product lines including Routers, Switches, Firewall and VPN appliances, IP phones, VOIP and telephony.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Cloud networking and telephony. Azure and Microsoft 365 experience would be an asset. 
  • An excellent understanding of wireless data networks and their associated protocols.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Azure/Microsoft 365 communication systems.

  • Professional Network Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP 
  • Azure Networking and Security Certifications 
  • Peplink Network Certifications 
  • F5 Certifications 
  • ITIL training
