Landscape Design Technician

The City of Kelowna, situated in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan valley, boasts a stunning setting and year-round recreational pursuits. Kelowna has over 200 city parks, all of which showcase why our city has won multiple “Community in Bloom” awards.
We have an exciting 6-month temporary opportunity for a Landscape Design Technician. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, working with internal and external stakeholders and inspecting municipal landscape installations. In addition, bring your technical and project management skills to oversee internal programs. Utilize your related design experience to help enhance Kelowna’s beautiful landscapes and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Landscape Architecture Technologist Diploma or Landscape Architectural Degree
- Experience
- Project Management & Attention to Detail
- Computer Expertise & Innovation (AutoCAD is preferred)
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
