About The Opportunity:
The Manager, Continuous Improvement & Innovation is responsible for driving transformational change that will deliver meaningful results by developing, promoting, and leading the implementation of continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and other tools across the organization. The overarching goal of this role will be to work with leaders throughout the City of Prince George to make things simpler, faster, and better both internally, and for the citizens of Prince George.

About Your Background:
The successful candidate will hold a university degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field along with certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Formal certification in project management and change management are considered assets. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ progressively responsible related experience in developing continuous improvement programs within complex organizations. Experience working in the public sector is an asset.
