Abstract:
The purpose of this Connectivity Strategy is to develop awareness and support for a plan towards realizing the potential of a highly connected region. This strategy is based on a shared vision and objectives in relation to clear needs and identified strategic benefits and to guide more detailed incremental connectivity plans, engineering reports, grant applications and connectivity deployments throughout the Region.
