The Peace River Regional District (Regional District) is requesting tenders from qualified proponents for upgrades required at the Charlie Lake Lift Station located at 12830 273 Rd Charlie Lake, BC, to include:

All ITT submissions must be uploaded electronically to https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca.
TENDERS for “Charlie Lake Lift Station Upgrades, ITT 14-2024” must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Submission Deadline of May 31, 2024 - 10:00 AM MST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the Submission Deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the ITT documents, including any addenda issued during the ITT period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the tender, before the tender is submitted.
Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the tender, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.
The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.

Charlie Lake Lift Station Upgrades
ITT 14-2024
The Peace River Regional District (Regional District) is requesting tenders from qualified proponents for upgrades required at the Charlie Lake Lift Station located at 12830 273 Rd Charlie Lake, BC, to include:
- Removal of old/disused sewer force mains
- Replacement of existing valves
- Replacement of sections of sewer force mains
- Installation of new bypass pipe
- Upgrades to existing sewer Lift Station
- Rehabilitation of existing sewer wet well
- Replacement of perimeter fence and gate
