Invitation:
The City of Penticton ("City") invites submissions from qualified consultants to be included on a pre-qualified consultant list for various consultant services for a period of three (3) years, ending November 30, 2025.

Consultants may submit qualifications for one or more of the services listed below:
 

• Civil Engineering
• Transportation Planning and Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering
• Legal, Land and Construction Surveying Services
• Electrical Engineering (if the current Contractor is unable to provide services as required)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Project Management Services
• GIS Services

Bid Submission:
The submission, together with all other attachments as identified in 2022-PQ-09 "Operations Department Consulting Services' to be uploaded to the City's procurement portal at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.
 
2022-PQ-09 Timetable:
Closing Date: November 30. 2025
 
The 2022-PQ-09 timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time. Bids received after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
