Effective leaders cultivate resilience, nurture connections, branch out, and grow.
LGMA2024, Blooming Together, will welcome local government leaders, experts, and partners to Victoria to collectively address emerging issues impacting communities, citizens, and local government organizations. Sessions and speakers will address one or more of the following learning tracks:
- Livable, Sustainable Communities
- Trends in Technology and the Impact of Digitalization
- Advancing Equity, Inclusion, and Decolonization
- Team and Organizational Effectiveness
- Personal Growth and Development
