Invitation:
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of the Lake-to-Lake Bike Route, Section 1 (along South Main Street, from Galt Avenue to Skaha Park).
 
Bid Submission:
The Proposal together with all other attachments as identified in the RFP "Submission of Proposals", to be uploaded to the City's procurement portal at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.
 
2024-RFP-05 Timetable:
 
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City Yards Office located at 616 Okanagan Ave East, Penticton, BC on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM local time to answer any questions Respondents may have before submitting a Proposal.
 
Closing Date and Time: July-3-24@ 2:00 pm.
 
The RFP timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time. Bids received after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
